Yes. Your first 30 days are free. You add a card when you sign up and aren't charged until day 31. Cancel any time before then in Settings and you pay nothing. One price for the whole agency, every feature and every team member included — see [Pricing](/#pricing) on the home page.

Can I change my plan later?

There is one plan, so there is nothing to change. The price covers your whole agency, and it stays the same as your team grows or shrinks.

How long does onboarding take?

About ten minutes, says the first screen of the setup wizard. Only the first step is required: your name, the office name, your state and time zone. You can skip every other step and finish it later from Settings or Data. Your progress is saved as you go, and Home shows a checklist of the steps you skipped.

Do I need to move my existing data over?

Accepted Answer

No. Producify doesn't manage customers or policies, so there are no client or policy records to move. The only client detail it holds is what a sale records. It needs your sales: upload the sales report from your management system as an .xls, .xlsx or .csv file, or record sales by hand. You can upload files covering several years together.

What happens after I sign up?

When you create an account for your own office, you go into the setup wizard. Only its first step, naming your office, is required. The other steps cover your sales report, your people and their access, how you pay, commission plans, leads and goals. You can skip any of them and finish later. We build the commission plans you describe and email them to you to approve. The last screen offers a two-minute tour or Home.

Where does my data live and who can see it?

Your data is stored in our database, and each office's records are kept apart from every other office's. Inside your office, the owner sees everything, and each team member sees what their Basic or Custom access allows. Other offices can see your office's name and totals on the national and state leaderboards. They see your people's names only if the owner shares them. The owner can turn leaderboards off in Settings.

Can I export my data?

Yes. The owner can download everything in the office as a ZIP of spreadsheets: open Settings, then Advanced, then Delete data, and press Download my data. On the Sales Log, Export saves the sales you have filtered as an .xlsx file. Snapshot saves a Sales or Leads tab as a PDF. Pay Team has Download Summary PDF for each pay run.

Does Producify connect to my agency management system or carrier portals?

No. Producify does not connect to an agency management system, a carrier portal or any other system. Your data gets in two ways. You upload a spreadsheet, such as the sales report from your management system or a lead vendor's file, as an .xls, .xlsx or .csv file. Or you record a sale by hand with Record a Sale. Your column mapping is remembered for the next file.

How many seats do I get?

As many as you have. Every team member is included in the one price, and Producify doesn't charge per team member. Add each person in Settings, on the Team Members tab. A person needs a login only if they are going to sign in. Their sales count once the name in your sales file is matched to them, with or without a login.

Question 11

Can producers see each other's numbers?

Accepted Answer

By default they see each other's sales but not each other's pay. Every new login starts on Basic access. Basic shows the whole office's numbers on Home and Sales, and only the person's own pay on Payouts. To change that, the owner moves someone to Custom access and sets each page that shows people's numbers to Just them, Specific members or Everyone.

What can an admin do that a producer can't?

Each office has one owner. Everyone else is a team member on Basic or Custom access. The owner sees everything, and keeps what no team member can be given: Ask Ivy, Pay Team, the Activities and Emails & Ivy tabs in Settings, Download my data and Delete data. Basic is a fixed set of pages with only the person's own pay. Custom is whatever pages and data the owner ticks.

How do I contact support?

Open Help in the app's sidebar. Everyone in the office has it. Under Need a hand?, press Contact support, Report a bug or Request a feature, write the details and press Submit. The page says "We typically respond within 24 hours", and we reply to the email address on the form. The same form is at the bottom of this page. You can also write to hello@myproducify.com.

What happens if I cancel?

If you leave, you can do three things. The owner can download everything as a ZIP of spreadsheets with Download my data, under Settings, Advanced, Delete data. On the same screen, Delete data removes the office's data, or the data and your login with it. That cannot be undone. Or ask us to close the account: open Help, press Contact support under Need a hand? and choose Account / Data Deletion.

Question 15

Is Producify built for small agencies or big ones?

Accepted Answer

Both. You add as many team members as you have, each with their own access, goals and commission plan. Producify doesn't charge per team member, so a small team and a large one use the same product. An owner with more than one office uses one login and switches between them from the menu in the top right. Each office keeps its own numbers, team and pay.
