Open Settings from the menu and choose the Team Members tab.

Press Add Team Member.

On Basics, type their Full Name and Email Address.

Turn Salesperson off if they are service staff.

Press the Next: button to move on, or Skip a step to fill it in later.

On Invite & access, leave Send them an invite ticked.

On Review, press Add team member.
The invite email goes out when you press Add team member. Its link works for 14 days.
Invite someone you already added

In Team Members, choose Permissions on the left.

Press Invite user and pick the person.

Check the address under Send the invite to.

Press Send invite.
Until they accept, the Login column reads Invited — not signed in yet.
Everyone starts on Basic access. To give someone more, see Choose what a team member can see.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does someone need a login to appear in our numbers?
No. Their sales count once the name in your sales file is matched to them.
How many people can I add?
As many as you have. Producify doesn't charge per team member.
The invite expired. What now?
After 14 days the Login column reads Invite expired. Send it again from their row, and the new email carries a fresh link.
