Where to start
- You own the office: create your office with the setup wizard.
- You were invited: sign in for the first time from your invite email.
What each menu item is for
Menu
- Home: how this month is going against its goal.
- Sales: every sale your team wrote, with charts and the Sales Log.
- Leaderboards: how your office and your people rank.
- Leads: your internet leads, and which vendors pay for themselves.
- Rule of 78/108: how much Life and Health premium counts toward this year.
Office
- Ask Ivy: ask a question about your numbers in plain words.
- Team: everyone in your office, with each person's record.
- Calendar: who is in, off or remote, and time-off requests.
- Payouts: what each person has earned and been paid.
- Book: the health of your book of business.
General
- Data: upload your sales and lead files.
- Help: these guides, and a way to reach us.
- Settings: your profile and preferences. The owner also sets up the office here.
What a team member sees
A team member on Basic access sees Home, Sales, Calendar, Payouts with their own pay only, Help and Settings. They also see Leaderboards when the office shares its board.
