Open Book from the menu. The page covers the whole office.
2
Read the BOOK HEALTH SCORE. The line under it reads Your agency is healthy at 75 or more, Some areas need attention from 50 to 74, and Your agency needs focus below 50. Focus: names your weakest factor.
3
To see another year, click its bar under Every year you’ve been on Producify. Point at a bar for Ended with, Net growth, Book premium and Score.
4
Click a factor in the table for the sentences behind its figure. How is this scored? → lists every factor.

The factors sit in four areas, weakest first.

Your customers, from the numbers you type each month:

  • Customer retention: the change in households this year.
  • Policy retention: the change in policies in force.
  • Book premium trend and Multi-line rate.

The other three areas:

  • Your team: policies and premium written, business quality and team capacity.
  • Your growth: net policy gains, premium per household and Life Policy Credits.
  • Your leads: lead efficiency and cost per household.

Below the score, Your book holds what you typed. HOUSEHOLDS, POLICIES IN FORCE and BOOK PREMIUM show the latest month entered, its change month over month and year to date, and a line for the year.

To fill in those numbers, see Record the office's monthly numbers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do my goals change the score?

No. Goal pace is shown in the table, but it carries no points.

Why does a factor say not scored?

There is nothing to measure yet, such as no book figures typed for the year. A factor with nothing to measure is left out of the score, never counted as zero.

We do not track households. Can I hide that part?

Yes. Until a month is typed, Your book shows Add your book figures with Not interested — hide this section. The score stays.
