1
Open Leads from the menu and choose the Leads Log tab.
2
Press the date button at the left of the filter bar and pick a month, YTD, All Time or Custom.
3
Type a name in Search. It also looks in the vendor, product, state and zip.
4
To narrow the list, pick from All Providers, All Types or All Leads. Each list takes more than one choice.
5
Press a column heading to sort by it. Press it again to reverse the order.
- The pills above the filters count what is in view. Press one, such as Sold Leads, to show only those leads.
- Reset All clears the filters.
What the badges mean
The Status column can carry:
- SOLD: linked to at least one sale. Press Details beside it to see the match.
- DUP: an earlier lead has the same name and zip code.
- RETURNED: you sent it back, and the vendor has not answered.
- CREDITED: the vendor gave you credit for it.
- REJECTED: the vendor refused the return.
- NON-BILL: the vendor did not bill for it.
Tip. Press Columns, above the table, to show or hide a column, such as Age or Billable.
