Open Settings and choose the Payouts tab.

Under Want us to set it up?, press Request a commission change.

Under What do you need?, choose Modify an existing plan or Create a new plan. For a change, pick the plan under Which plan?.

Under Applies to, tick Applies to everyone, tick people one by one, or tick Nobody yet to assign the plan yourself later.

Under When should this take effect?, pick when the change starts.

Under Describe the structure, write the rates, tiers and bonuses, or add your document under Attachment. Either one is enough.

Press Send request.
The window changes to Request sent. Nothing in your plans has changed at that point.
What happens next
We read it and follow up by email with any questions before anything changes.
When the plan is ready, we email you with the day it takes effect, and the bell shows Your commission plan is ready.
View the plan in that email opens the Payouts tab with the plan open.
A note appears under your start choice when it reaches a period that is in progress, closed or already paid. For a paid period it says the change means recalculating and reconciling money that has already gone out.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to approve the plan before it goes live?
There is no approval step in the app. Once the plan is ready, reply to our email if it needs adjusting.
Can I ask for a plan for someone who has left?
Yes. Open Departed in the list and tick them. The plan is written for work they have already done.
