1 minute · Everyone

The month

1
Open Home and choose a month with the arrows beside it.
2
Read the sentence under the month. It says where the team is heading against the month's goal.
3
Look at the chip beside POLICIES and PREMIUM: ✓ Met, ● On Pace or ↓ Behind.
4
Read Projected under each total. It is where the month lands if the pace holds.

The year

1
Press Goals beside the month on Home.
2
Choose Annual.
3
Read each product's chip: ↑ On Pace or ↓ Behind. The small mark on each bar is where you should be by today.

On Pace means the total has reached the goal's share of the business days gone, today included. Business days are the days your office is open on its calendar. How each projection is worked out is in How goal projections work.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why does the chip say Behind when the projection is above the goal?

The month's chip compares today's total with where you should be by today. Early in the month the projection leans on your office's usual rate, which can lift it past the goal.

Why is there no pace chip?

No goal is set for that month. Set one in Settings › Goals: see Set your yearly goals.
