See a person's records, milestones and streaks, worked out from the sales they have written.

Open Team from the menu.

Click the person's name.

Press Achievements, the third tab under their name.

To see one year, pick it in the menu beside Records. The tab opens on All time.
What the tab shows:
- Records: Best month, Best premium month, Best year, Best day, Best week and Best quarter.
- Milestones: one track for policies and one for premium. The next marker says how far there is to go.
- Streaks: Business days in a row with a sale, and the months spent at each level.
- Biggest: the largest Policy, Life policy and Household by premium.
- The book: their households by number of lines, and premium per household.
A gold ★ Office record pill marks a figure that is also the best among your active producers.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I give someone an achievement by hand?
No. Every figure comes from the sales credited to them, so fix the sales and the achievements follow.
Why has the Office record pill not moved after a new record?
The office comparison is refreshed every few minutes. Reopen the tab a little later.
Do achievements pay anything?
No. The tab only reports. A milestone or streak bonus is a rule in a commission plan: see Add a milestone bonus.
