Have ready: your sales report as a spreadsheet, each person's hire date and pay, and your commission paperwork.

Office: enter Your name and Office / agency name, pick your State, and press Get started.

Sales log: drop in your sales report and import it.

Your people: give each salesperson a position, hire date, pay type and pay.

Give them access: type an email for each person who should sign in.

Preferences: check what is chosen, then press Keep these.

How you pay: press Change on any answer you do differently, then press Confirm start date.

Commission plans: name each plan, then Attach its document or type it under Or describe it.

Assign plans: pick a plan, or No commission, for each person. We build the plans and email you to approve them.

Sale config: turn off the Product lines, Business types and Sources you don't use.

Revenue rates: enter the percent of premium your office keeps for each line.

Leads: press Add a provider for each company you buy leads from.

Goals: enter a policies goal and a premium goal for each line you track, then press Finish.

Done: press Start the tour, or Go to Home.
Skip a step and finish it later
Press Skip for now on any step after the first, except How you pay: its payouts start date needs to be confirmed. On Sales log it reads Skip, I'll upload later.
Press Save & finish later at the top to stop. Next time you sign in, you pick up where you left off.

Frequently Asked Questions
When are my team's invitations sent?
When you leave the last screen of the wizard. Nothing is sent at step 4.
Why is a step locked?
Assign plans needs Commission plans, and Revenue rates needs Sale config. Skip the first and the second is skipped with it.
