Enter a month of office numberscoming soon · 1:30
1
Open Data from the menu and choose the Office tab.
2
Check the month beside the tabs. Use the arrows to change it.
3
Type your figures into the Office Metrics card.
4
Wait for the corner of the card to read ✓ Saved. There is no save button.

Take the figures from your carrier statements. They cover your whole book, including policies your team did not write.

  • Households: the households you insure.
  • Policy Count: the policies in force.
  • Premium: the premium of the whole book. It is the only field that takes cents.
  • Auto Gain and Fire Gain: the month's net change in auto and fire policies. Type a minus sign for a losing month.
  • Notes: anything worth remembering about the month.

Leave a field empty if you don't know it. Empty is not counted as zero.

Where the numbers show up

  • On Book, under Your book: HOUSEHOLDS, POLICIES IN FORCE and BOOK PREMIUM.
  • In the Goals window on Home, on Annual: NET GAIN/LOSS on the Auto and Fire cards is the total you have typed this year, set against your Gain / Loss (#) goal.

Tip. If the corner reads Error saving, the number did not go through. Type it again.
